No geral muito boa.
Localização boa e um ótimo café da manhã.
O ar condicionado apresentou alguns problemas quanto ao ajuste, precisei duas vezes pedir para ajustarem a central.

Bom hotel, ao lado da estação central de trem de Florença.
Os quartos são modernos e bem limpos, apesar de pequenos. O café da manhã não é muito barato (15 euros), mas é excelente e pode servir quase como um brunch.
Não foi o hotel mais silencioso que eu já fiquei. Pode-se ouvir quando alguém do quarto ao lado usa o banheiro, por exemplo. A localização também não é muito boa - apesar de estar ao lado da principal estação de trem, está longe das principais atrações da cidade.

Excelente estadia, num quarto moderno e com um ótimo pequeno almoço.
Paragem do Tram mesmo em frente à porta do hotel o que é excelente para quem vem do aeroporto. Perto do centro da cidade e da estação de comboios no caso de se ir visitar outros locais para além de Florença.
Tudo impecável.

Hotel com boas condições hotelereiras e com uma ótima localização. Boa relação preço-qualidade
Pequeno-almoço variado e muito bom. Localização ótima (metro do aeroporto para mesmo à frente do Hotel, e Hotel proximo da estação - 2 min a pé). Hotel perto do centro (15 min a pé). Zona de SPA e piscina muito agradável. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
O ar condicionado do quarto familiar não era efetivo para o tamanho do quarto, e portanto, houve algumas noites que não se conseguiu refrescar tao bem o quarto. No entanto no quarto de casal, o ar condicionado funcionava otimamente. Nao disponibilizam acondicionador para o cabelo (só shampoo). Não repuseram as águas gastas no primeiro dia.
